Who’s your point of call?

He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us’ – 2 corinthians 1:4
~
When we are in trouble, we generally just call our friends or a close relative because we feel like man is easy to deal with and will bring comfort but unfortunately we short change ourselves like that.
~
No one comforts like God. Sometimes, people will use what you’ve told them against you but God knows everything about you and won’t ever use it against you. Why can’t you see that He loves you and feels what you feel?
~
Although God is a consuming fire because love can be stern, He is also a good good Father who is gracious, compassionate and merciful.
~
Today, I would like to invite you to give Him your worries, talk to Him like you’d talk to that friend or relative. He will comfort and even advise you if you wait around to listen.

Jesus loves you!
